After having successfully employed the radar laser in aviation industry, Axist is developing applications for the dimensional testing of body elements and for the whole BIW.
The instrument is capable of measuring all surfaces, even the most reflective, measuring tens of points per second, thus allowing to cut by up to 90% of inspection time spent by traditional CMMs.
